ReMe Wellness is all about and intended for women navigating menopause or life after cancer treatment, particularly hormone-sensitive cancer survivors who want to thrive but when conventional care does not meet their needs.

The name ReMe reflects our purpose: a return to me, the real me; a regard for me or the reinvention of me. It is about restoring quality of life, clarity, confidence, and wellbeing with solutions that are safe and you can trust.

At the heart of our work lies what I call the Estrogen Paradox: estrogen is essential to every organ in the body, from our brain, heart, and bones to muscles, skin, and even vision and yet for millions of us, it is forbidden. For women with hormone-sensitive cancers, replacing estrogen is not an option, and its loss affects every system we rely on.

The Estrogen Paradox is at the heart of ReMe Wellness story.

• Estrogen is essential to almost every organ and system in the female body,  not just for reproduction, but for brain health, memory, mood regulation, heart protection, bone strength, muscle function, skin integrity, and even vision.

• For millions of women, especially those with hormone-sensitive cancers (like certain breast, ovarian, or uterine cancers), estrogen replacement is not an option because it can fuel the growth of those cancers.

• The paradox is that the very hormone we need to thrive is the one we are forbidden from taking. Its absence affects every system we rely on, leading to a range of cognitive, emotional, and physical challenges, yet safe, effective, non-hormonal solutions are still limited and often overlooked.

 

This is exactly the gap ReMe Wellness is working to fill, addressing the symptoms and long-term health impacts of estrogen loss without using estrogen itself.

I founded ReMe after my own experience with breast cancer, when I discovered how few safe, evidence-led options existed for women in my position.  My struggle post cancer treatment when I was left with many varying issues to deal with and was on hormone blockers,  the wonderful care I received from my oncology team fell away and I was struggling. What began as a personal search has become a quest to find safe hormone free solutions in science, technology, nature, complementary treatments where science, nature,  meet.

Our role is to identify and share effective, reliable solutions that are safe, scientifically proven and actually work.

ReMe Wellness is not meant to be just another a platform or app, it is about regard for you and for me. It is about focus and commitment to sharing safe solutions, genuine support, community and empathetic, lasting care.
